I just picked up this journal from Walmart because I really liked what it said plus it was only a dollar. I call it my LBB, my little BLUE book because it is where you will find the most intimate details of my life. Incase my website Manic Depictions, hasn’t made it obvious, I’m bipolar and that means that I struggle with my emotions, the understatement of the year, I read somewhere online that journaling helps you keep track of the inside so that you can live well on the outside and it made sense to me so thats what I am going to do. I am going to write down my feelings everyday in hopes of better understanding myself and my disorder.
Don’t worry I won’t bore you guys with my repetitive cycle of feelings that exists in my LBB, also I can’t have you guys knowing the level of crazy I am haha. I don’t know if it will actually make a difference on my mood but at least I can better explain to my psychiatrist what I’m feeling and how often, to give him a better understanding of how to proceed with me. If anyone else has some experience in this area let me know how it worked out for you.
